Jim O’Neal has been fly fishing in Utah for over 50 years. For the last 20 years, he has mainly been fishing and guiding on the Provo River and surrounding areas.
Jim used to publish articles in the local newspapers called Wasatch Outdoors.
Copies of these articles were also on his fly fishing school website, but that site has been deleted.
